Remembering the Faithful Departed
Dear Friends,
Catholics the world over anticipate the Commemoration of All the Faithful Departed, commonly called All Souls Day. On November 2, we recall these comforting words of Jesus:
I am the resurrection and the life; whoever believes in me, even if he dies, will live, and everyone who lives and believes in me will never die. (Jn 11:25-26)
With those words, Jesus brings comfort to all who remember family and friends gone before us marked by the sign of faith.
I invite you to share with us the names of any persons you would like my Dominican brothers of the Province of St. Albert the Great to hold in prayer during November. We will pray for them during the Eucharist in our Priories throughout the month, entrusting their eternal peace to the Risen Christ.

May the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.
Sincerely yours in St. Dominic,
