Toward the Top: On Pilgrimage with St Dominic

Join Us for the Experience of a Lifetime!

When people think of pilgrimage, they think of places like “The Lands of St Dominic” in Spain and Southern France, rather than a weeklong trek into the "Great Outdoors."

Dominican Fathers Brian Zuelke and Chris Saliga join Dominican Sister Christin Tomy as spiritual guides. We are going to guide participants deep into the wilderness to help folks drink from the deep waters of our Dominican Charism. Believe it or not, St Dominic covered many miles as he traversed alpine terrain in his outreach to the faithful of his time!

Our pilgrimage combines world-class wilderness adventure activities such as white water rafting through the Gates of Ladore, backpacking near Buena Vista, CO, climbing a mountain (weather permitting). Daily Mass, plenty of sharing, and other rich spiritual events will help participants see God’s hand in it all, and will help them trek forward with enhanced passion. Participants must be at least 18 years old and in good physical shape for high adventure activities. No experience required.
