Since 1889 Dominicans have served this Denver neighborhood with a parish and school. The priory has housed teachers and preachers, as well as the parish staff. In 1977 the priory became the novitiate for the province. This enhances the pastoral work of the parish and adds a second focus to the friars' ministry, crucially important to the life of the province.
