St. Pius is the senior community in both time and function, a residence for the provincial administration, parish staff and many retired friars. This downtown community is also a crossroad for travelling friars. Its rich community life is enhanced by the presence of holy men with decades of ministerial history as missionaries, teachers and preachers, who serve the province by their prayers and the witness of their lives.
